La Fazani (born Arbër Salihu) is an artist, songwriter, composer, and producer from Kosovo, known for blending alternative hip-hop, Balkan folk, and experimental electronics. He has become a unique voice in Prishtina’s music scene, fusing poetic chaos, social critique, and absurdist humor with vibrant and intricate musicality.

Active since 2013, he has collaborated with key figures of the local creative scene, and in 2024 released his debut solo album Specie Turshi — a genre-blurring project exploring identity, alienation, and the surreal atmosphere of post-war Kosovo. In 2023, he won the first edition of Festivali i Këngës në RTK with the song "Oj Kosovë". His live performances often take on immersive and absurdist dimensions, weaving together music, visuals, and performance art. He also composes for film and theatre, creating emotionally resonant scores that explore themes of memory, society, and environment. Salihu is also a member of the experimental duo Oborri, known for its lush soundscapes and poetic lyricism.

Outside of performance, he is the creator of Planeti i Fëmijëve, an educational channel that uses original music and playful visuals to support the cultural and emotional development of Albanian-speaking children.
